“Before working with Whitney I was feeling uncomfortable in my clothes, and in my body. I was feeling very sedentary, but also like I didn't have the time or energy to get myself to the gym. Recently my family traveled to Korea, and because of training with Whitney before we left, I had the strength to carry my toddler pretty much everywhere we went. Working with Whitney is incredible!! She is extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind. Whitney makes all of our workouts challenging, in the very best way possible! I workout with her from my home, in the only room with enough floorspace: my children's playroom. "I used to be very fit and lean about 7 years ago. Injuries and life pressures meant I let go of my active lifestyle.
