My name is Whitney Garrah and I am a 360 Health Coach. I am here to help support, train, educate and guide you through your own fitness and lifestyle transformation.
With over 25 years of coaching education and experience I have worked with clients to lose weight, rehab injuries, prevent injuries, reclaim their physicality and confidence and look, move, live and FEEL their very best!

My Story
At the age of 2, I started dancing at a neighbourhood dance studio and fell in love with dance. I loved the movement, music and I was incredibly shy and quiet but when I put my tap shoes on I could really make some noise!
After years of examinations, I went on to earn my teacher's designation from the British Association of Teacher's of Dance in tap, jazz and ballet. As a teen I became more interested in fitness and attended a local gym in Kingston (the Downtown workout) nearly everyday taking boxing, step aerobics, cardio classes and any class I could attend outside of school. I became immersed in the world of fitness earning my CanFitPro certifications to teach fitness classes and to offer personal training. I would frequent Indigo reading every fitness magazine, cover to cover, buy books on topics ranging from fat loss and strength training and soon was teaching 7 days a week, at various gyms, while pursuing my undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
Fortunately my other part-time job, working for the Queen's Executive Development Centre, grew into a full time job as a program coordinator and then as a lifestyle coordinator, organizing all fitness activities, classes, lectures and workshops while executives were on campus for business development courses.
That love of business and passion for fitness, turned into a business venture known as "Taylored Training". Together with a team of fitness professionals, physiotherapists, athletic therapists and massage therapists we built an incredible community of like-minded members who were keen to learn, train, move better, look better and feel better. I am truly grateful for the incredible memories, members and motivation that the studio community gave to me as a fitness professional and entrepreneur.
Over my 25 years I have done extensive training in reformer and mat pilates, fascial stretch therapy, kettlebell training, TRX training, nutrition and rehab. I am so incredibly pleased to now offer my services online. I continue to work with an incredible community of like-minded members who train at home, at their local gyms, hotel gyms when travelling and who greatly appreciate and need the flexibility of online training given the busy demands of schedules, career and life.
I am here to offer a 360 approach to fitness; encompassing movement, nutrition, lifestyle, strength training, cardio conditioning and an approach to training that is bespoke to each and every client I gratefully get to work with. Every BODY is unique and needs unique care and consideration. Your goals, lifestyle, work, injury background and movement ALL play a part into how you need to train to optimize your life. YOU need to find the right balance of a training program, nutrition plan and lifestyle strategy that is best for YOU. And I am here to help you every step of the way.
